Some items at ZayNis are so popular that we offer them as pre-orders. This way, you're guaranteed to get your favorite item before it's in stock.

How do you recognize a pre-order?

For products from brands like Annie & Charles and Micu Micu , you'll see "Pre-order now" in the size selection and on the button. These products are still in transit, but can already be ordered.

When will my pre-order ship?

• Micu Micu : shipped within 2 weeks

• Annie & Charles : shipped within 3 weeks

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Delays due to customs or shipping may occur. If you have a deadline, please let us know before shipping so we can cancel your pre-order free of charge.

Are you ordering multiple products at once?

Do you have a combination of in-stock items and pre-orders? Then we'll ship everything together once your order is complete. Want the in-stock items sooner? Then place two separate orders.

Returns?

Pre-orders can be returned just like regular orders. Simply choose standard or express shipping at checkout.
